These Terms govern access to RankMint Tests, operated by Rank Mint Tests. By registering, purchasing a package, creating an institute workspace or taking a test, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and use only accounts you are authorised to access. We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorised sharing, examination misconduct or attempts to compromise the platform.
2. Educational service
Test scores, ranks, percentiles, predictions and recommendations are educational aids. They do not guarantee examination results, admission, scholarships or seat allotment. Official examination authorities and institutions make final decisions.
3. Purchases and access
Each product page states its price, offer, access period, attempt limits and included features. Access begins after successful server-side payment verification. A package is normally limited to the purchasing account or institute and may not be resold or shared unless the product explicitly permits it.
4. Institute workspaces
Institute owners are responsible for their staff, student data, uploaded questions, permissions and lawful use of the platform. Institutes must have authority to upload and use their content and to process student information.
5. Examination conduct
Users must not copy, distribute, scrape, photograph, leak or commercially reuse protected questions or solutions. During controlled examinations, users must follow the stated rules. Violations may be logged and attempts may be reviewed, withheld or cancelled.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Features, exam patterns and packages may change. Purchased access will be handled according to the product version and terms recorded at purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The platform design, software and RankMint-owned content remain the property of their respective owners. Institute-private content remains subject to the institute's rights and its agreement with us.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of a particular academic or commercial outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
