Digital test packages are made available immediately after verified payment. Please review the package name, examination, price, access duration and limits before paying.
Eligible review cases
A refund request may be reviewed for duplicate payment, payment captured without access being granted, an incorrect amount charged, or a material technical failure attributable to the platform that prevents use of the purchased service and cannot be reasonably corrected.
Normally non-refundable cases
Refunds are normally not provided after a user has accessed paid tests or content, used attempts, changed their mind, selected the wrong examination/package, failed to use the service during the access period, or violated platform/examination rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
How to request
Contact hemasagar333@gmail.com with the registered email, payment ID, order date, package name and reason. Submit the request promptly and preferably within seven days of payment.
Decision and processing
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank/payment-provider processing time is outside our direct control. Access linked to a refunded order may be revoked.
